Sera takes everything swirling in your head — tasks, worries, ideas, things you keep putting off — and works through it with you, step by step. Not a to-do list. Not a productivity app. A thinking tool for busy, complex minds.
1 free session. Then £9.99/month as a founder member.
The problem is that all of it lives in your head at the same time. Work tasks, home jobs, money worries, relationship thoughts, the thing you said you'd do last week — and when everything feels equally urgent, the brain locks up and nothing moves.
"It's not about having too much to do. It's about having too much unprocessed thinking taking up space where decisions should be."
This is especially true for people with ADHD, high-pressure roles, or lives where the personal and professional blur together. A generic to-do list doesn't help when your brain doesn't work in a straight line. Sera does something different — it works through it with you.
Sera doesn't just sort your tasks. It separates what you have to do from what you're thinking about, identifies what's actually in your control, holds space for what's weighing on you, and leaves you with something actionable.
Two boxes: what's on your plate, and what's on your mind. No filtering, no organising. Just empty it out.
Everything grouped into life areas — Work, Home, Money, Family, Health and more. Edit anything that's in the wrong place.
Anything that's actually a multi-step project gets flagged. Decide whether to break it down, take a first step, or park it.
Tasks sorted into four buckets: do now, waiting on something, future list, and not in your control. Move anything you disagree with.
Your thoughts and feelings displayed clearly — not to be solved, just to be seen. With a few quiet questions to sit with if they're useful.
Everything you can do in under 20 minutes, with time estimates. Tick them off as you go.
Everything else prioritised. Reorder it, edit it, add to it. Then download the whole thing.
This is a preview — your output will be based on what you actually share.

Two distinct inputs from the start — what you have to do, and what you're thinking about. Sorted differently because they are different.
Tasks sorted into do now, waiting, future list, and not yours to carry. Seeing it written down — and crossed out — is more powerful than it sounds.
Anything that's actually a project gets identified. You decide whether to break it down now, take a first step, or save it for later.
Thoughts and feelings are displayed separately — not to be solved, just to be seen. With quiet coaching questions to sit with if they're useful.
Everything you can do in under 20 minutes, with realistic time estimates. Pick one and start — changing the energy of a day often takes less than ten minutes.
Save everything as a formatted file or copy to clipboard. Paste it into Notion, Apple Notes, or wherever you actually work.
One free session to try it properly — no account, no email, no commitment. Then join as a founder member and lock in early pricing.
Price rises when v1.1 launches
This is version one. We're already thinking about what comes next — and we'll be building it based on what people who actually use Sera tell us they need.
Some of the things we're exploring — though these are our current thinking and will absolutely shift depending on what users tell us matters most:
Session history
Save and return to previous sessions. See what keeps coming up.
Voice input
Speak your brain dump instead of typing it. Faster when you're already overwhelmed.
Export to your tools
Push your sorted list into Notion, Todoist or wherever you actually work.
Weekly check-in
A lighter five-minute version. Not a full session — just a weekly reset.
Pattern recognition
Over time, useful insight into what keeps coming up and what tends to help.
Project breakdown
Take a bigger project and work through it step by step — sequenced, exportable.
"These are our current thoughts — and they'll change. If you use Sera and have ideas, we want to hear them. The feedback form at the end of every session goes directly to us."
Jeni Sanderson, Moderari Studio
Sera is a Moderari Studio product, built by Jeni Sanderson — a wellbeing strategist with an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, 20+ years in engagement and communications, and a neurodivergent brain that knows exactly what it feels like to have 47 things on the go at once.
The underlying approach has been used in coaching and wellbeing practice for years. Sera makes it faster, more accessible, and available any time — not just in a session.
Moderari Studio works with organisations and individuals on sustainable wellbeing strategy. Sera is the first in a suite of practical tools built on the same principles. Moderari means "to regulate." Sera — from the Latin serenus — means calm, clear, untroubled. The names do the work.
